Hak penuh: edit profile, rename/merge agent_name, atau delete cascade (hapus dari semua tabel: sessions, time_entries, people, alerts, tier_history).

Fleet status — kondisi semua agent di tim. Pakai buat tracking upgrade rollout (siapa yang udah pakai versi terbaru) dan deteksi laptop offline.
